COVID-19 Policy
The health and safety of Lady Crush Crew leaders, ambassadors, and participants are our top priorities. As we continue to monitor changes in the CDC guidelines, we are implementing a COVID-19 policy and would like to share some information on expectations around the return of events and meetups, indoors or outdoors.
Many states will be aligning or already aligned to the new CDC guidelines. We are adopting this guidance to Lady Crush Crew events and meetups in various locations in the United States. (For global events, refer to your country’s guidelines.)
Fully vaccinated climbers or participants no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
Please check the requirements of any location where you are climbing or participating and any indoor climbing gym facility you may visit as part of the event or meetup.
Climbers who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear masks and social distance.
Fully vaccinated Lady Crush Crew leaders, ambassadors, and participants may choose to continue to wear masks.
Please continue to be respectful and accepting of crushers who continue to wear masks.
Every Lady Crush Crew leader and ambassador hosting an event or meetup will have various levels of comfort on how many climbers to host and will ensure to follow local laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines on group size.
Note that Lady Crush Crew is not mandating or requiring proof of vaccinations. We require that you attest to not having any COVID-19 symptoms and acknowledge any risks through the Release of Liability Waiver form before attending any event or meetup.
As things can change rapidly in the current environment of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to monitor governmental guidelines and reserve the right to amend this policy as needed.
